My order did show up late once, which was kind of annoying, but the tracking was clear the whole time. I had a feeling it was just a one-off delay, so I wasn’t too worried.

"Exchange Took Way Too Long"

"Annoying site to shop on"
Tried using thehorse.co and got frustrated. The pages were slow, the filters were awkward, and checkout wasn’t very clear. I ended up giving up after a while. Just not a great experience.

"No tracking updates, total mess"
I ordered weeks ago and never even got a tracking email. When I reached out, support just kept giving me vague, useless replies like a bunch of clueless amateurs. Really annoying experience overall.

I reached out to customer service and they did eventually reply, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. I can’t remember if it was two days or maybe closer to three, but it wasn’t as quick as I hoped. Still, they answered in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience

"Looks nice, but the strap wore out sooner than expected"
I really like the look of it, and overall it’s not bad, but the strap started showing wear after just a few months. It’s not a huge deal, I just expected it to hold up a little better. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Clean and classy, but maybe a little too simple?"
I do like the clean design and simple look, it definitely has a classy feel to it. But am I the only one who thinks some of the pieces feel a bit too minimal for the price? In person, a few of them looked kind of plain to me. It’s still decent if you’re into a basic, understated style, but I was hoping for something that stood out a little more.

I really like how this watch looks, and it’s comfortable to wear all day. The strap feels fine and the size is just right, so no complaints there.
The frustrating part is the timing. After a few days, it starts losing a couple minutes, which is annoying when you actually rely on it to be on time. It’s not a total dealbreaker if you keep checking and adjusting it, but I expected better accuracy for something I’d use every day.

I tried to check out, but it just wouldn’t accept my card no matter what I did. I double-checked everything, tried again, and eventually just gave up. Not exactly the smoothest experience, unfortunately.

"Looks good, comfort is just okay"
I wore this for a few days and overall it seems nice. It looks good, but after a few hours the strap starts to feel a little stiff. It’s not terrible or anything, I just kind of expected it to be more comfortable.

I ordered this after checking out the product page, but it didn’t really match what was described. The color looked different in person, and the material just felt cheaper than I was expecting. There was something about it that just didn’t seem like what they made it sound like online. I emailed them about it, but the replies were basic and didn’t really help much. Maybe I expected too much, but the description felt a bit misleading to me.

I ordered one item from Thehorse and somehow received something completely different in the box. It wasn’t even close to what I picked, so I don’t know how that kind of mix-up happens. I reached out with my order details and photos, but the response was slow and didn’t really help much. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just for them to take responsibility and send the correct item. For a first order, this was a disappointing experience...

"Warranty support really let me down"
My watch started having issues, so I reached out to warranty support thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, they kept asking me the same questions over and over, took forever to respond, and in the end nothing actually got resolved. After that experience, I don’t feel like I can trust the brand anymore. Disappointing, and I won’t be buying from them again.
